child support

I am paying child support for my 15 year old daughter, that has recently given birth. must i continue to pay for her support even tho she has a child of her own?Also my 19 yr old has left her mothers home and moved to another state but has since returned and started attending a com.collage

am i still liable to pay support for her?

Re: child support

You are liable for the support of your child during her minority, which

is not terminated by her having a child; you are not liable for the support of

her child (your grandchild).

Under California law, you are not liable for the support of a non-disabled child 19 years old or older,

under any circumstances, unless some judgment contained a specific provision for a

longer period of support.
