Child Support
I have 100% physical custody of my son and father has 5% visitation. Son might be taken and placed in custody for violation of his probation (he is 16). If he is taken out of my home do I loose 100% of my child support?

that would amount to a substantial change in circumstances. the child's father could petition to reseve the child support until the child is released. if father doesn't do that, then the current order stands.
