child support

help someone please====i have not recived my court ordered child support in 4 years my x says he pays all the bills that we aRE to split there for he will not follow the order , i have no money to hire a attorny and now he keeps threating with taking my 14 yr,old away ,he insist i will win nothing and loose all that i have how do i get my money and satand up to this bully
