child support

I have a child from a previous marriage that i pay childsupport for of $700.00, I have a child out of wedlock, from another woman, I dont want to pay 1400 in child support that does not sound right, i might be paying to much for my first child, I have live in Virginina and fly every 3mos to see him doesn't that count aswell as the 700.00 and do i have to pay 1/2 daycare and child support in Cali, what are some of my rights i feel like im getting ripped off, i love my sons but im struggling just to see them im active duty military, 1 is 6yrold and the other is a new born, i plan on getting married again someday, financialy im hurting right now. need some help. how much should in childsupport will the new born receive in cali, if im paying bills 700.00 from my previous marriage. thankyou

You need someone to calculate your child support obligation based upon having two children. If you can e-mail me with your income I can give you an ideal of what you should be paying. The cost of your transporation to travel to see the children should be considered in calculating your child support. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
