Child Support Quest

I entered into a Judgement of $1500.00 for Child Support & Alimony. ($1000 alimony $500 child support) back in Oct 07. I have full custody of my children. My questions is can I file with DCSS to obtain support from her even if we have the judgement? And will that part become null and void.

You should file with DCSS if you can not collect from the mom child support. It is considered enforcement for the child support amount.
