Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support question

My ex has stopped paying me support. He feels since she has lived with him for over 2 years and I owe him about $1000.00 for medical and dental that he can. I recieve $190.00 a month. My daughter is 16 soon to be 17. I do use the money to pay my mortgage and utilities. Is there anything I can do?

You really have not given us enough information to give you any advice. The information that we would need would probably be too much to provide over the internet. Child support is bassed upon the incomes of the parents and the amount of time the child spends with each parent.
