child support question
Hi I went to child support yesterday and not happy about the results concerning modification. I asked them to release my DL & contractors license. The DAs attorney ased the acting judge (attorney) for me to pay 1,000 and then monthly omts for arrears only, my daughter is 19 yrs. And the judge agreed to all on the DAs advise. I am the one who started the action to go to court to get my licenses and the judge hadly asked me anything. Please tell what I should do what fourms do i need to fill to appeal?

It is not possible to understand what exactly went on at your hearing and there are real questions why there is an ongoing order for a 19 year old. You should have your case reviewed by an attorney, and quickly, because you have a limited time to appeal. It would take you several hundred hours to figure out what you need to do to appeal and your chances of success are almost nil. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
