Child support reduction

Please help me! I'm in a wheelchair paraliyzed from a car acc. in 1978. I got married 1988, got divorced 1995. I have a annuity which gave me $3000.00 a month. My child suport comes out of it.$800.00mo. In 1997 i sold a portion of my annuity to start a business. I never touched the child support part. In 1998 after I already sold a portion my ex went to court and wanted alot more money which I no longer had.I missed the court date and they gave her what she had asked. But Its not there cuz I sold the other portion. So they put me in arrears for the remainder. I'm going in to have it reduced. She already gets all 100% of my income. I get nothing. What can I do. Thanks

Go in and get it reduced. dont miss any more court dates.
