Legal Question in Family Law in California
child support for two sets of children, three children by one father, three by a
I have two fathers who are not paying child support. One works two jobs and makes about $600.00 a week before taxes. The other lost his job last year and was on unemployment. He used to pay $1200.00 a month as he was making $75,000 a year. He hasn't paid support now in eight months. I've discovered he's making some money now and not sending any. We are legally separated. I'm a single mother of six and supporting all of them (ages 6 months, 2 years, 4 years, 7 years, 9 years and 13 years) on my salary of $32,000 a year and student loans for law school. I'm not sure where to begin now. Do I go to the Court for help since there's a legal separation with one father, or do I have to hire an attorney? I'm really worn out and I don't know where to turn to start this process. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Re: child support for two sets of children, three children by one father, three
too little information here. is there a current support order? what does it say? unless you have a court order you are not entitled to any support.
