I was sharing custody of my children with their father. I have placed a restraining order against him. Since on the restraining order he canot make contact directly or inderctly other than legal can he still send me his portion of the child support without braking the restraining order?

Re: child support

No paying support is a requirement and does not involve contact or communication as defined in the restraining order. Unless unpleasant or threatening messages are written on the check. The check should be delivered by mail. The support problem can be avoided by obtaining a wage assigment for child support.
