Child support

I am a single mother. My son is now eighteeen years old. His father payed $ 300 a month until his eithteenth birthday and now he does not want want to pay anylonger.

What can I do?

If you son is now over 18 there is no longer any obligation on his part to pay for any expense related to the kid. Not right, but that is what the law says.

If your child is out of high school and is now 18, there is nothing you can do, unless your son is also disabled. Your son is now an adult and is expected to support himself.
