Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support

I have a son that will turn 18 on august16th 2008, but will not finish with 12th grade till 2009. Am I obligated to pay child support till he finishes school? The case is in Los Angeles, California.

Re: child support

Child support is due and payable until he is 19 if he is a full time student in high school. Once he ceases to attend school full time, whether by graduating or dropping out of school support stops.
