Child support
unmarried male now paying child support.
if he gets married will new wife's earnings be used in recalculating amount of child support he will be required to pay assuming ex-spouse takes him to court for recalculation?

Your new spouse's income will probably result in a reduction of your net income and of your child support. Her income will NOT be counted to increase c/s.
