Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Support

If an unwed man gets a woman pregnant and she wants to keep the baby, yet he wants an abortion, what are his/her rights concerning child support. I know you cant sue someone for an abortion but is he required to pay child support even though he wanted the abortion? Can he have her sign a contract stating that she will not require him to pay child support due to this? Is there any leeway in a matter like this or does the guy pretty much have to go with the womans decision?

Thanks,
