Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support and visitations

I have 3 questions. The father of my baby sign the declaration of paternity in the hospital. If I cancel the declaration of paternity how long is gonna take to get the paternity again? If he lives 6 months in US and 6 in Mexico, do you think this is going to help me to get sole legal and physical custody? If he is in the process to get permanent residency, does child support affect him in any way? If we go to court, what is the probability the judge is going to give him the baby to sleep with him if he is not helping me financial?

Before I answered any of your questions, I would want to know why you would want to deprive your baby of his father? What has the father done that is so bad to take custody away?

Why would you want to cancel the declaration of paternity? If he is the father let him pay support. If he lives in Mexico half the time, he can visit when he is in the U.S.
