Legal Question in Family Law in California
child support
my wages are being garnished by CSSD and i have 2 kids. 1 child is in my primary care and the other in my girlfreind. I made an agreement with my girlfreind to give her money up front to pay her car off and we signed an agreement so that I do not have to pay child support for 2 years, but CSSD told me because she is on welfare i can not do that. What can i do? can i take primary care of my other child so i do not have to pay child support? or what can i do?

Re: child support
There are a lot of unknown factors here. How much do you earn? Why do you want to get support of the other child? Did CSSD take into consideration that you have 1 child that you support?
