child support

while my wife and i were legally seperated she concieved from another man once the other man found out she was pregnant he left her. after giving birth we reconciled, i did not sign the birth certificate but i am the only father the child has known. now ten years later things are not going so great. if we divorce will i have to pay child support?

No. As the legal father of the child, which you are, you can ask for full custody. If you obtain full custody, you will not have to pay child support.

The child was born during the marriage and you took the child into the family home and treated the child as your own. It is now too late to contest paternity.
