Child support
My ex wife quit her job 4 months ago cause she diddnt feel like doing hair anymore and now wants more money. Can she get an adjustment even though she could work if she wanted to?

Depending upon the stage of the proceedings, it is quite possible that she might be able to request orders adjusting her support. However, you would be able to combat her request in your responsive papers by imputing income to her by showing her ability to work and how much she should be able to make. It is possible that your papers will be strengthened by the fact that she has been out of work for 4 months because it is conceivable that a hair stylist would be able to find work within four months.
If final orders have already been made, it will be tougher for her to attempt to get an adjustment.
Good Luck!
