Child support and workers comp.

If father in NC is on workers comp. will mother in CA's court ordered, garnished child support be affected in anyway?

The amount of money that is taken will be reduced in some proportion to the reduction in the net amount he receives. The amount of child support he owes will not be reduced. He should file a motion to reduce child support.
