Child Support/Custody

My exwife who had custudy of my daughter decided to move 30 days before my daughter turned 18 and before she graduated from HS. She is now living with me. I over-paid child support for thirty days before I got the Wage Assignmnet terminated. Can I take my ex to Small Claims Court to get the support overpayment back? Also, can I have her pay me Child Support until she graduates High School or Completes Beauty College?

You cannot bring the action in small claims court. You should file a motion to set child support which you can collect until your daughter is out of high school or turns 19. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
