Child support,visitation & day care
I would like to have my child
visitation put in black & white.Ive
had my son every weekend & would
like to have 1 weekend a month for
myself & my ex is dead set against
it,it was setup for every weekend.Ive
done this and more . I would also like
to know if the courts can tell her she
has to meet me halfway,as she lives
3 hours from me & is never willing to
meet me more than 15min from her
house and sometimes im having to
drop him off with her boyfriend or
highschool girlfriends. Also the courts
said $550 a month for child
support,but we agreed to $400
cause we both felt that $550 was
high.Can she get the $150 difference
outta me when agreed to $400.And
lastely do i have to pay the 50% of
child care when its her boyfriends
mom and not a licensed child
provider as im sure i will pay an
unfair amount.HELP PLEASE!!

Lots of issues. She is going to continue to have her way with you until you get yourself represented and go to court. All of the the things you mention are typical. But they do not have be that way.
