Child support-wage garnishment

I have been paying my child support early since 1995 with no balance owed. How can I get a wage garnishment from the Department of Child support services stopped?

You can get it stopped once the obligation for chid support ends. In some instances you can motion the court to request that the wage garnishment stop based upon a history of timely payments.
