My wife is worried becuase i have a high income that if we go to court he wont have to pay hardly anything. I dont understand how my income matters I am just the step father.

Re: Child Transpertaion for visitation
According to law your income is not included in calculating child support, however, if your wife is working her income will be included in the calculations, and if she is not working in reliance upon your income, the Court can impute reasonable income to her. So, yes, there is the possibility that child support could be reduced even further, but if he is not paying anything, you have little to lose.
Wife can submit the order to Child Support Services for collection and let them handle this.
