Under the child visitation terms set down from a divorce in the State of California, at what age can the wishes of the child be taken into account when it pertains to visitation with a parent.

any age but the child's wishes are never the deciding factor but only something the judge is to consider. The older the child the more weight the child�s wishes are usually given.
