child visitation

after my cps case was closed my daughters father has not let me see her regulary like the judge had ordered. what do i do now

Depends on exactly what the orders are. You will need to talk to an attorney. Even though you might be able to go for an OSC re: Contempt, judges hate those. It would be better to do an OSC for clarification of the previous order, if in fact you have an order.

Generally, this would be contempt if he is not living up to the court order. You could go for the contempt or clarification under a OSC.
