Legal Question in Family Law in California

child visitation

i am the custodial parent. last year my 2 girls told me my ex's spouse molested them.i modified visitation where the spouse cannot be present.he was arrested but not charged.both girls were polygraphed and truthful.my ex violated the court order, i notified cps and the sherrif.she attempted to violate the order again today by ''asking'' me if it would be okay if her spouse could come into the house. i said NO. she antagonizes, manipulates, and lies both to me and our kids. i am at my wits end. she is now threatening to take me to court to make it possible for her perverted husband to be with my kids again. Please, any advice would be helpful.

Re: child visitation

You need to get a restraining order, and you may need to ask for minor's counsel. Possibly a 730 evaluation.
