Child visitation

ex-husband has weekday overnight visit with 9-yr. old child. has recently moved 30 miles by freeway from child's school. i have asked him to consider changing overnight visit to dinner only - met with hostility. i do not think it's best interest of child to have to be awake before dawn to make it to school. do i have a say? thnx.

You need to return to court and seek a modification of the underlying Order if the two parents do not agree without judicial intervention.
