Legal Question in Family Law in California

child visitation

my soon to be ex-wife has served me with ''ex parte'' which prohibits any unsupwervised visits with my son. She was able to do this because she told her lawyer that I had lost my temper and was ''on somethihng'' the other day while I had him for the day. Basically she was having abad day and picked a fight with me, she than tried to take my son from me like i was incompetent and I decided diffuse the situation by leqaving. she than attempted to physically take my son out of the car while I was pulling away. what can I do, or counteract with? we have a court heqaring this wednesday morning.

Re: child visitation

Please get an attorney. If she gets a ruling in her favor, it can be difficult to turn it around, even if it's not true. You need to stop this kind of thing in its tracks.
