child visitation modification

I recently went to court on March 5 because my daughter father was not showing up at police station on my weekend to spend with my daughter and i made police reports in witch I had to go back to court he kept her away from me moved city and changed ph# without letting me know his where about, I want my daughter back so comissioner set everything back how is was before it was like a tap on his wrist, so know my daughter father let me see my daughter this past weekend kept her for for few days extra, this past weekend was not my weekend, Im ok I want my daughter back and my weekend is suppost to be this weekend coming up in witch I know he will not show up to police station because he might think my weekend with my daughter was last when it's not it is this weekend, If when we do go back to court on May 6,09 will I be able to gain my daughters custody full time, And have that help me...??

1. You can file a contempt against him for his wilful disregard of the court orders. 2. What's the May 6th date, a return date on your prior request to change the custody or something else? If you have a return date, the issue should be revisited by the judge anyway. You need to keep a log of this bad behavior, then do a supplemental declaration to update the judge as to what is going on. You can attach copies of the police reports and whatever else you may have to establish these facts.
