Child Visitation
i received visitation with my daughter on a supervised basis, approx 5 years ago. my ex husband has custoday however my daughter is not living with him, she is living with my mother whom i have been estranged from for the past 8 years. my mother refuses to allow me to see my daughter at all. she hungs up everytime i call . i would like a judge to review the visitation orders and modify them so i may see my daughter. how do i go about gettting the orders modified. i do not know where my ex husband is living. 444444444 my daughter

You need to file for an OSC re child visitation/etc.

You need to file an O.S.C. to modify the existing custody\visitation orders.
