Legal Question in Family Law in California

child visitation

I have just recently been awarded full physical and full legald custody of my two children. The other parent still has supervised visitation every other weekend. He is a, proven by drug test(failed twice), drug abuser. How can I get the visitation rights taken away? He has failed to appear at the last two scheduled court visitations?

Re: child visitation

Go to court and ask for a modification of the order. Ask the judge to change it so that he must notify you that he intends to exercise his visitation rights by Wednesday of each week, and if he doesn't, he forfeits visitation for that week. This way, you don't look like you're trying to take his rights away, even if he should lose them.
