Child visitation

How do i get visitation with my teen age son after the court 9 years ago blocked visitation

i'm not sure what "blocked" visitation means. if there has been a substantial change in circumstances, you could file an OSC regarding visitation. request visitaiton via reunification therapy.

Thank you for your inquiry.

If your son currently lives in Las Vegas you would need to file a petition in Clark County for visitation. Typically if you haven't seen your son for that extended period of time the Court would order you to attend reunification sessions with your child. If those proved successful; a formal visitation schedule may ensue.
