Child visitation time
Approximately what % of time is my daughter's father spending with her if he decides to see her every other weekend (from Friday at 5pm until Sunday at 5pm) and also every Tues from 5pm until Wed at 8am when he drops her off to school?

Re: Child visitation time
The per cent of time will depend upon which court your case is being heard. In Santa Clara county it is probable that the per cent of time would be calculated as follows:
Friday from 5 pm until Sunday at 5 pm would be considered 3 days. or a total of 78 days (26*3) plus
Tuesday from 5pm until school Wednesday as 53 days (1*52)
Total days = 130 divided by 365 = 36%
This is an approximate per cent of time.
