child welfare services

what can happen if i am now pregnant and in the process of getting my children back from foster care. am i jeopardizing anything

Depending upon the circumstances, the baby will probably be removed from your custody at birth. Be sure to obtain medical care. Failure to go to the doctor for prenatal care will be considered child abuse of the unborn child. Also any programs or training required for the return of your children should be completed as quickly as possible. Discuss this with your attorney.
