Legal Question in Family Law in California
My child is 18 and in his last yr of high school. He wants to move out. Aren't I still responsible for him till he graduates? Is there a link or penal code I can show him saying a parent is still responsible for him till he graduates? We live in Stockton, Ca

You are not responsible for him. The only responsibility that extends beyond the 18th birthday up to high school graduation (or dropping out) is child support orders.
