My childens custdy

i released a restraing order she is going to court for domestic violence charges. can she file a restraing odering me to stay away from them or can some else.ihave no charges what so ever

if the court finds that you committed DV it will probably issue retraining orders keeping you from whoever you offended. if your children are not involved, then you will likely get some sort of parenting time.
