hi i have three childeren and iam divorced my ex keeps threatning me saying she is going to take them to vegas i dnt have a job at the moment bu i do pay 200 dollers a month and i have them 25 percent evryy week and myy children really dont wanna go is it a possiabilty she can actually take them and go?

Yes it's possible. But if it's in violation of your current orders, you can haul her back into California court. If she takes the children to another state go to court right away. There is help available, if you're persistent at most court houses. If you think she is serious about moving you should also consult the help available at your local court house. If the court rules on whether or not she can take them it will be based on your previous order and the best interest of the children under the circumstances.
