Legal Question in Family Law in California

If i have children that are already in the cps system and my rights have already been terminated and 5 years later i have a child on the way, what are my rights to giving birth to a child with my previous children being in the system? if i had another child what steps would i have to take in order to be able to raise this child without having the cps system involved. or would that be something i should worry about?
