Legal Question in Family Law in California

my children are in foster care and i need to know what paperwork to file with courts to regain custody of my kidsand i feel completely helpless ,because i am a low income individual

I think Mr. Stone misread your question. If you children are in foster care, you appear to be in a dependency court situation. The dependency court will appoint a lawyer for you, who you can ask these questions and who will fill out the paperwork to help you.
