Legal Question in Family Law in California

can i have my children taken away because i don't make as much as my husband?

This friday my ex-huspand got an emergency 100% custody of the kids until this wednesday the 9th. Please if any respectably lawyer can give me a second opion on this issue I would realy appreciate it.
