Without a court order, you cannot restrict what the father does with the kids on his time. If you refuse to let him see his children, then HE can get an order for primary custody. If you think you can convince a judge that what his relatives do is so bad, then do it right. Get a custody and support order in place with restrictions on the paternal extended family's statements in front of the children. If they violate it, then get a contempt order.
