Legal Question in Family Law in California

My children are in the Philippines and I have petitioned them in 2008. their father who i am separated from will not send the kids over. He is hiding them from me and I still continue to support them monetary wise. I just found out that my husband is now here in the states and i still don"t know where my kids are. How do I get them over here?Is there any legal way to get them over here?

Do you have a court order? If not and the kids have been in the Philippines since 2008, then you would have to go through proper procedures in the Philippines to handle this. Since the kids are not present in the United States and have not been in several years, the US courts do not have the power to make custody/visitation orders.
