Your question is unclear and there are insufficient facts to understand why the child is being removed and from where to where she is going. But in regard to her being fostered in some manner by a "gay couple", the CA constitution forbids discimination on the basis of sexual orientation and there is no credible evidence that homosexuals as a group are unfit in any manner to care for children. It sounds like your concerns are misplaced. If the child is being removed from your care, then the state has a concern that you or the environment in which you care for the child is the problem. You need to retain the assistance of an attorney experienced in dependency court proceedings. Not all family law attorneys have such experience, so inquire specifically. If you are low income, you may be able to have an attorney appointed to you by the court.
