children visitation

I have living custody . The father has not paid child support in 6 or 7 years does he have visitation rights? and he has 1/2 custody.

His failure to pay support does not mean that orders for custody or visitation have changed. If he is not complying with a support order, you can open a child support enforcement case with your county's child support agency.
