I have a 2 year old boy in dcs and i have had my parent rights taken away because i was in prison and could not appear at the hearing and i would like to now what i can do to get my rights and my sun back

The answer to your question would depend upon when you parental rights were taken away and the permanency plan for your son. An attorney should have been appointed to represent you at the dependency hearings. Contact that attorney and ask about your parental rights.
