Legal Question in Family Law in California

My children's father was granted supervised visitation with our 4 and 5 yr old children at a Domestic Violence Center after he committed a PC311.4 against my older daughter (not his child). He keeps showing up at our son's school functions and says he is going to his kindergarten graduation. Is this a violation of the court order in CA? If so, do I report it to the court?
