Legal Question in Family Law in California
My children's father and I share custody of our two kids. I want to modify our parent plan but he was not cooperative in attending our mediation appointment, nor will he if I reschedule. What are my options?

If the mediation is for an effort to informally determine parenting plan arrangements, you can't make him attend. If the mediation is court ordered through family court services and father refuses to attend, the court can make new orders without father's input.
