If an 11 year old almost 12 in

California refuses to go back to her

fathers and wants to stay with

mother with joint custody father has

upper physical. What would happen

if she won't go to fathers

She has an attny but doesn't trust

him, she told him of emotional abuse

and he told her father which put her

in a worse situation. Thanks

Also if a child support order was

made and one party did not disclose

major e bay buisness in his

document can I have order changed

and would I be able to collect the

proper amount based on the truth?

How would i supuena financial

information knowing he wasn't

honest in his court papers?

You have a number of problems. They are too involved to go discuss over the internet. You should file a motion to modify the custody order. As to the fraud in the setting of child support that will require some research and investigation.
