Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can I ask my childs Mother to show me that her and her boyfriend have current drivers license and insurance? The boyfriend had requested to drive on school field trips and the school ran a background check and told him no because of a driving conviction and expired license. I have asked the Mother for assurance as our court paper work clearly states that neither parent can let the child be transported in an unsafe vehicle, or with an uninsured or unlicensed driver.

She claims it is none of my business.
