childs rights in divorce
(i am 13 years old by the way)
do i have the right to choose wich parent i would like to live with if i am not in a safe environment with the parent i currently live with?

Report the unsafe conditions to a school teacher or counselor. You cannot make the decision but your input will be considered, especially if you are in an unsafe environment. Be sure to honestly report the circumstances. False statements will make your situation worse than it is now.
